Project Overview

XY-TMS applies industrial IoT and big-data technology to in-plant logistics. Around the XY-TMS platform it brings together ticket verification and queue calling, access control, safety inspection, unattended weighing and loading/unloading control, and exchanges data with ERP and DCS in real time — integrating depot and plant storage, field systems and equipment into one live management system with standardised workflows and automated processes. Drivers book remotely from the cloud, verify documents and take a queue number themselves, weigh in unattended, run intelligent loading and unloading, pass automated entry and exit checks, and have safety and business reports generated for them. Manual intervention across the loading cycle drops, throughput and service quality rise, physical workload falls, the site gets safer and the business more profitable. Management, meanwhile, gets reliable, accurate and consistent operating data — the basis of an efficient, low-carbon, safe and transparent smart warehouse or plant.

XY242 Explosion-Proof Batch Controller

The XY242 pairs a Siemens PLC with an explosion-proof keypad terminal. Together with standard supervisory software and advanced control algorithms it delivers high control accuracy, dependable performance and easy maintenance. Its communication protocol is fully open for integration with customer management systems, and it works with flow meters, thermometers, level switches, earthing switches, control valves and supervisory computers to form a complete distributed batch loading and unloading control system.
